FAMILY REUNIONS for 2012

As far as I know there are no reunions this year.

Sumbot Family: William "Bill" Anton Sumbot

In 1964 Bill took the Scouts to Nauvoo. They had 44 boys go on the trip. They took a month to do the trip following the Mormon trail. He remembers on the trip they stopped at the Platt River to stay overnight at a BoyScout camp. He recalls, "They put us in a field and the next morning the boys were covered with ticks. We had to use matches to get the ticks to back out. Each boy had at least 6 0r 7 ticks to pull out." ( Dad 2nd from left, white cowboy hat.)

Ryan Family History: Abbie "Lorene" Ryan Sumbot

Lorene learned to sew when she was young. This is a picture of her with her father Fred Joseph David Ryan. She sewed this dress. This is one she really liked. She was so very talented!!!!
